我们正在创造一款温暖心灵的治愈系童话风格生活模拟游戏。这里不仅有不可思议的浪漫生活，更有一段段电影级叙事的、感人至深的故事等待被演绎。我们相信“演出”将是游戏灵魂的重要组成部分。您需要深刻理解我们童话世界的情感内核，并用顶尖的镜头语言将其转化为打动人心的体验。 核心职责： 整体视觉叙事战略： 与项目主创团队紧密合作，深度参与IP世界观与主线剧情构建，制定项目整体的剧情演出视觉风格标准和视频内容策略。 游戏内剧情演出设计（核心）： 负责游戏内所有重要剧情动画、角色表演、过场CG的分镜设计、镜头语言设计、节奏把控和情感表达。 指导动画、特效、音频团队，确保最终演出的效果符合项目设定的治愈、童话与情感共鸣的基调。 对所有演出内容的最终品质进行审核与验收，确保艺术和技术上的高标准。 对外宣传视频创意与制作： 主导所有对外宣传视频（包括但不限于预告片、玩法介绍、主题PV、品牌宣传片）的创意构思、脚本撰写和导演工作。 准确把握市场热点与玩家心理，通过视频内容有效传递游戏核心特色与情绪价值，提升项目市场期待度。 团队管理与跨部门协作： 管理和指导内部执行团队（如视频编辑、动效设计师等）或外部供应商，高效推进视频内容产出。 作为项目视频方向的核心接口人，高效协同策划、美术、程序、市场等多个部门，确保沟通顺畅，愿景一致。

必备经验： 5年及以上视频导演、影视导演或游戏行业资深剧情演出设计经验。 有完整主导过游戏项目（尤其是RPG、叙事驱动型游戏）内剧情演出或大型宣传片项目的成功案例，并可作为作品集展示。 具备游戏公司视频组负责人或核心接口人经验者优先，深刻理解游戏开发流程与跨部门协作模式。 核心能力： 卓越的审美与视觉表达能力： 对色彩、构图、光影、节奏有极致追求，对“治愈系”、“童话风”有深刻理解和独特见解。 优秀的叙事与导演能力： 精通镜头语言，善于通过画面和表演传递情感、塑造角色、讲述故事。 强大的沟通与领导力： 能够清晰阐述创意想法，激发团队热情，并能高效管理项目进度与资源。 扎实的技术基础： 熟悉视频制作全流程，了解最新的影视技术与游戏引擎（如Unity、UE）内视频制作工具者更佳。 技术能力： 熟练掌握专业视频编辑与制作软件（如：Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve 等）。 了解三维动画制作流程（如：角色动画、摄像机动画、灯光渲染等），能与技术美术、动画师进行高效专业沟通。
