1.独立完成多模式核心战斗特效的制作与落地，把控节奏、打击感、材质光影、粒子层级，保障画面质感与战斗手感统一。 2.针对高难度特效需求开展专项研究，拆解行业顶尖 MOBA 特效逻辑与性能标准，沉淀可复用的方法论与素材库。 3.运用 SD / ComfyUI / MJ 搭建适配 MOBA 画风的 AI 特效工作流，实现特效、贴图、序列帧的智能化辅助量产；基于 Unity 整合传统与 AI 链路，优化制作管线。 4.输出特效制作方案与规范，负责品质调校与移动端性能适配；指导外派特效人员的技术方向与品质标准。

1.5 年以上游戏特效制作经验，8 年以上优先；至少 1 个完整 MOBA 项目全流程经验，了解主流 MOBA 玩法特效制作。 2.熟练使用 Unity 引擎及特效模块（Particle System、VFX Graph、Shader Graph、Timeline 等），熟练掌握 AE，熟悉 Houdini / 3ds Max、Substance；精通粒子、材质、动画、光影合成。 3.可独立编写特效制作方案与规范，高效完成跨部门对接；深入理解 MOBA 特效的质感、节奏、打击感与移动端性能适配。 4.了解游戏研发流程及模型、动画、特效（模动特）制作流程。 加分项： 1.有 2D 特效设计稿能力。 2.外派人员技术指导经验。 3.熟练使用 SD / ComfyUI / MJ 辅助特效制作，有 AI 素材落地游戏项目经验。 4.有 AI 工作流搭建、Prompt 优化、LoRA 训练经验；能解决风格偏移、动态缺失、打击感不足等问题。 5.熟悉 AI + 传统特效融合流程，能平衡效率、质感与性能。
