1.独立完成并主导高难度、高优先级角色的战斗技能、展示表演、出场演出、面部表情等动画制作，输出可作为团队标杆的高品质成果。 2.在游戏角色性格设定基础上，主导表演设计与节奏把控，攻克复杂运镜、演出节奏、动画手感等疑难问题，定义并持续拉升项目动画品质基线。 3.制定并维护动画制作规范、验收标准与工艺文档，推动团队产出的一致性与可复用性。 4.作为动画环节对接人，统筹与原画、3D建模、特效、程序及策划的跨工艺沟通，前置对齐需求、拆解落地风险、协调排期与交付。 5.负责外包/外部团队的动画对接与管理：输出需求文档与规范、把控外包质量、组织评审与返修，确保交付达标。 6.组织动画评审（review），给出专业修改意见，带教并指导初中级动画师成长。 7.主导 AI 动画工作流的规划与落地，识别流程中可被 AI 提效的环节，选型、验证并推动工具在生产中稳定使用。 8.沉淀团队 AI 使用规范与最佳实践，推动 AI 从个人尝试走向团队标准化产能。

1.大专及以上学历，美术相关专业。 2.具备 8 年及以上游戏动画制作经验，有多个完整上线项目开发经验，有担任动画负责人 / 接口人 / 外包管理经验者优先。 3.精通 3ds Max、Unity 动画相关模块；精通骨骼架设、蒙皮绑定，深入理解从原画、建模、绑定到游戏引擎最终实现的完整动画流程，能定位并解决全流程中的技术疑难。 4.专家级的动画理论、摄像机运镜知识与创意想象力；具备顶尖的审美判断、造型能力与表演、表达能力，能在团队中充当品质裁判。 5.能在日常工作中熟练使用 AI 工具辅助动画生产，并具备主导团队 AI 工作流建设的能力，例如：使用 AI 视频生成工具（如即梦/Seedance、Runway、Kling 等）快速产出参考、分镜与概念演出；应用 AI 辅助动捕清理、动作重定向、面部与口型驱动；使用 AI 图像/参考生成工具辅助表演设计与运镜构思。 6.对 AIGC 技术保持高度敏感，能独立评估新工具的落地价值，并推动其在生产中规模化应用。 7.具备用 AI 系统性提升团队产能的意识与实操经验，能沉淀为可复制的流程与规范。 8.优秀的沟通、协调与项目推进能力，能在跨团队、跨工艺、外包协作中高效对齐并落地；极强的责任心、担当意识与拥抱变化的心态。 9.热衷于动漫、游戏，对各类形体、物理现象等运动规律有深入理解；持续关注流行产品与前沿技术，具备优秀的自我学习与技术敏感度。 10.具备团队合作与带教意识，能有效配合主美并支撑团队成长。 11.热爱游戏行业，有良好的语言沟通及表达能力。 加分项： 有 MOBA 项目经验者优先。 有皮肤出场/角色展示演出类动画经验者优先。 有搭建或优化团队 AI 动画工作流经验者优先。 熟悉 MaxScript / Python 等脚本，能自行开发或改造动画辅助工具者优先。 有外包团队管理、动画标准制定或团队带教经验者优先。
