1. 担任性能防守技术负责人（PO），主导建立与持续完善全链路性能保障体系，覆盖卡顿、功耗、内存、帧率等核心指标的监控、预警与治理闭环； 2. 协调开发、测试、运营等跨团队资源，推动性能需求拆解、优化任务落地，保障线上版本性能稳定； 3. 具备系统化数据分析能力，持续跟踪线上 / 开发版本性能数据趋势，通过多维分析与建模识别潜在风险，并结合 AI 等手段构建风险预测与智能告警机制； 4. 沉淀性能治理方法论，协同 TA、美术等角色迭代性能标准与规范，推动团队性能意识提升，形成可复用、可推广的性能保障流程； 5. 积极探索 AI 工具在性能数据分析、自动化测试等环节的应用，提升性能监控与问题定位效率。

1. 5 年以上游戏开发经验，3 年以上性能优化相关经历，具备性能领域技术统筹或 PO 经验，有主导跨团队性能治理项目经验者优先； 2. 精通 Unity3D引擎，了解 OpenGL/OpenGLES，熟练掌握 C# 及至少一门辅助开发语言（C++/Lua/Objective-C 等）； 3. 在游戏框架、渲染管线、资源管理、内存优化、战斗逻辑开发优化等至少 2-3 个领域有扎实实践经验，具备移动端性能保障经验者优先； 4. 具备良好的图形学与数学基础，熟悉面向对象设计，有大中型游戏完整性能保障经验； 5. 沟通协调能力强，能有效拆解需求、推进项目，具备良好的逻辑思维与跨团队协作能力； 6. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据挖掘定位性能问题、评估优化效果； 7. 具有 AI 提效意识，了解 AI 在性能分析、预测、自动化测试等场景的应用，能主动运用相关工具提升工作效能。
