1、负责全球亿级MAU MOBA 手游Mobile Legends: Bang Bang（MLBB）的对战匹配算法设计、迭代与线上效果优化。基于海量数据建模，持续改善匹配时长、对局质量、留存等核心指标。 2、负责MLBB全服匹配算法的设计、实现、调优与线上稳定运行。 3、基于海量数据做分析、建模、A/B 实验，持续改善等待时长、匹配质量、留存等核心指标。 4、探索大模型、模型复杂化、序列建模等前沿算法在匹配系统的落地。

1、热爱游戏和游戏行业，有多年MOBA或相关游戏经验。 2、有推荐系统，因果建模，数据挖掘经验。 3、计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、自动化等相关领域硕士或博士学位。 4、熟练掌握C/C++、Python编程语言，具备良好的coding和调试能力。 5、优秀的团队合作能力和沟通能力，能够独立解决复杂问题。 6、ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、ICCV、CVPR等顶级会议发表论文，或在ACM等程序设计竞赛中获奖者优先考虑。
