1、热爱游戏，3年以上游戏项目管理相关工作经验； 2、大学本科以上学历，理工科专业，数学、物理专业优先考虑；2年以上软件研发相关工作经验； 3、独立负责游戏研发项目的项目管理工作，有至少一款游戏从研发到成功上线运营的完整经验； 4、有多个团队的合作经验，了解如何与陌生团队开展工作； 5、熟悉项目管理知识体系、软件工程和软件质量控制，深入了解研发项目的特点； 6、熟悉敏捷项目管理，具有较为规范的项目管理实战技能； 7、具有良好的沟通、协调和团队领导能力 8.加分：有AI工具提效经验，能够利用AI技术提升工作效率和质量优先
