1.负责moba游戏新手教学相关的内容制作与投放规划，为新增用户30日内所能达到的游戏水平负责。 2.负责moba游戏新手战斗体验的梳理与迭代规划，为新增用户30日内的活跃与留存负责。 3.负责moba游戏新手资源产出与追求动力的循环体系设计，不断激励新增用户30日内的活跃动力。 4.根据不同国家/地区，不同水平的用户，制定整体的新手期体验迭代策略，并逐个细化为具体的优化方案。 5.负责优化方案的制作进度把控，并与程序、美术、测试等部门高效合作，按计划高质量实现规划目标。 6.负责通过用户CE、用户访谈、线上数据分析等手段，不断打磨新手期体验，提升用户教育品质。令用户更加快速的体会moba游戏核心乐趣。

1.5年以上经验，兼具系统与关卡工作经验者优先，本科及以上学历者优先；有AI工具提效经验者优先 2.逻辑能力强，能够对moba游戏的玩法要素进行准确的拆分和推演，提炼出可行、易懂且有趣的教学方式 3.落地能力强，能够通过各类office工具输出能够准确传递设计意图的策划方案 4.观察能力强，能够通过用户CE、用户访谈，提炼用户观点，敏锐发现用户痛点；能够通过sql进行简单的线上数据分析，验证自己的发现 5.沟通能力强，能够与程序、美术、音效等部门简单沟通，高效传递设计意图，主动推动整个研发流程高效运作 6.熟悉市面上大多数moba游戏且拥有资深moba游戏经验者优先 7.加分：有AI工具提效经验，能够利用AI技术提升工作效率和质量优先
