1. 核心数值体系搭建与维护 1）负责游戏战斗数值的设定，搭建并维护全局数值模型，通过理论推演和实际测试，持续保证数值的可研究性、平衡性与可调性。 2）熟练运用数值建模，调整并优化单局体验，并依据上线数据进行持续迭代。 深度参与版本实现，负责数据调整与落地跟进，确保数值相关内容的开发质量。 2. 娱乐模式数值体验设计 1）全局节奏与肉鸽数值骨架搭建：主导 MOBA 娱乐新模式的整体节奏骨架，规划从开局发育、中期交锋到终局决胜的时间轴与情绪曲线，把控对局时长、爆发窗口、强弱节点分布；同时负责肉鸽（Roguelike）机制的数值设计，在随机爽感与强度可控之间取得最优解，杜绝“抽到即胜/抽到即输”的崩坏体验。 2）体验量化与数据驱动迭代：建立娱乐模式专属的体验量化指标体系，将“节奏感”“爽感”“好玩”等主观体验拆解为可衡量、可追踪的数据维度，用数据验证设计直觉，持续驱动模式调优。 3）落地交付与报告输出：与策划、程序、测试团队紧密协作，完成模式数值的配置、验证与上线，输出节奏设计文档与体验评估报告，保证娱乐模式高质量交付。 3. AI应用探索 具备 AI 工具的使用意识与实践，探索 AI 在数值策划及模式设计中的应用，提升工作效率与设计质量。

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏数值策划经验，有完整的游戏研发经历，有竞技类项目数值经验优先考虑。 2.深度理解MOBA核心数值体系（英雄、装备、经济、伤害公式等），熟悉主流移动游戏的数值设计方法。 3.具备完整的对局节奏设计与调优经验，能从全局视角规划一局游戏的时间轴与情绪曲线，而非仅做单点数值平衡。 4.深入理解肉鸽（Roguelike）机制：随机构筑、词条/Buff叠加、Build强度收敛以及随机性与平衡的取舍，有相关设计或深度研究经验。 5.具备将主观游戏体验量化的能力，能把“节奏感”“爽感”“心流”等体验拆解为可测量的指标，并据此持续优化设计。 6.对数值高度敏感，熟练运用各种数学公式构造数值发展曲线，具备较强的数学演算与建模能力，能够搭建数学模型进行数值演算。 7.良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作意识，有创新精神，抗压能力强。 8.具备基础的AI工具使用能力并有实践经验，对AI在策划工作中的应用有长期探索意愿。
