1. 深入游戏开发、制作环节，剖析产品性能热点（CPU/GPU/内存/渲染/线程等），保障项目版本和需求的性能质量，确保版本性能指标达标； 2. 负责自研性能工具的开发与维护，完善性能分析工具链；参与 AI 测试工具及 Agent 平台建设，利用 AI 能力提升性能测试的自动化与智能化水平。 3. 挖掘新的测试方法，从各维度拓展测试深度；探索 AI 在性能测试中的应用（如瓶颈预测、智能归因、性能用例生成等），推动测试方法创新。 4. 优化、提高团队测试效率和输出质量，善用 AI 工具辅助数据分析、报告生成与问题定位；发现团队、项目问题并通过流程、工具及 AI 应用等方式予以改善。 5. 沉淀性能测试知识库与 AI 协作经验，推动性能测试资产（用例、规则、SOP）的 AI 化改造与复用。

1. 3 年及以上工作经验，具备扎实的计算机知识和开发能力，熟练掌握 C++、Python； 2. 热爱钻研，善于深入分析和定位问题；具备利用 AI 工具辅助分析与解决问题的意识，能熟练使用至少 1-2 款主流 AI 工具或智能体平台辅助测试工作； 3. 具有一定的性能分析或优化经验，从事过至少一年或以上性能分析优化工作；有 AI 辅助性能测试或自动化工具开发经验者优先； 4. 熟悉图形学、引擎渲染管线相关知识，并保持持续学习新技术；关注 AI 技术在游戏测试领域的应用趋势； 5. 做事积极主动，执行力强，有责任感，能推动问题解决，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力； 6. 具备良好的团队沟通、解决协作问题的能力和经验。
