1. 高阶特效落地：精通MOBA特效动态节奏、打击反馈、材质光影、粒子层级等核心表现属性，熟练运用各类制作手段，多技术方案实现高品质效果，独立完成特效制作与落地，保障画面质感与战斗手感统一。 2. 技术研究与难点攻坚：深度拆解行业顶尖MOBA特效表现逻辑与性能标准，针对项目高难度特效需求开展专项研究，攻克制作难点，沉淀可复用的高端特效制作方法论。 3. 技术方案输出与对接：可独立绘制特效设计草稿、输出落地技术方案与规范文档，清晰梳理制作逻辑，高效完成跨部门需求对齐、方案评审与技术落地跟进，解决各类特效技术问题。 4. AI特效体系搭建落地：熟练使用SD、ComfyUI、MJ等AIGC工具，搭建适配MOBA画风的标准化AI特效工作流，通过Prompt优化、模型微调、LoRA训练，实现战斗特效、素材贴图、序列帧的智能化高品质量产。 5. 制作管线优化迭代：基于Unity引擎，整合传统特效与AI制作链路，优化全流程制作管线，自研轻量化辅助脚本与工具，解决制作低效、效果同质化问题，提升特效产出效率与画质上限。 6. 品质把控与技术沉淀：负责个人产出特效的品质调校、性能适配与版本迭代，沉淀AI工作流、素材库与技术规范，持续探索AIGC在MOBA特效中的创新应用。

1. 5年及以上游戏特效制作经验，具备完整项目全流程落地经验，有MOBA游戏特效制作经验优先。 2. 熟练掌握Unity、AE、Max等特效制作软件，精通粒子、材质、动画、光影合成等技术，可通过多种手段实现同类特效效果，技术功底扎实。 3. 具备独立方案输出能力，可手绘特效草稿、编写技术方案与规范，精准传递制作思路，高效完成跨部门技术对接。 4. 深入钻研MOBA特效质感、节奏、打击感、性能适配等核心属性，可独立拆解优质案例、创新表现、攻克技术难点。 AI赋能技术要求： 1. 熟练运用主流AIGC工具，精通MOBA风格AI特效工作流搭建、模型微调、LoRA训练，具备成熟商用落地经验。 2. 可定制MOBA专属AI量产方案，解决AI生成风格偏移、动态缺失、打击感不足等问题，保障产出标准统一、画质稳定。 3. 熟练掌握AI+传统特效融合制作流程，平衡量产效率、视觉质感与游戏运行性能。
