The posting

1. 负责游戏业务系统（诸如战役、排行榜、全服活动、结算奖励等）和基础框架系统（如断线重连、登录等）的逻辑测试，确保核心系统业务逻辑的正确性与完整性； 2. 负责相关系统业务的测试用例设计、执行与缺陷跟进，覆盖常规流程与异常分支； 3. 定期总结、沉淀系统测试经验，搭建系统业务测试Wiki，产出并分享可复用的测试方法与用例库； 4. 结合AI工具提升用例设计与缺陷分析效率，推进系统级自动化测试建设，搭建可复现的测试环境与测试数据，提升测试效率； 5. 与客户端、服务端、策划紧密协作，参与需求评审与风险评估，从测试视角保障产品的系统质量。

1. 3年以上游戏测试经验，至少1年深入的系统测试经验，有过复杂游戏系统或服务端业务的测试经验； 2. 有较好的逻辑分析、问题拆解能力，针对复杂度高、耦合性强的业务的测试，能准确、完整地进行功能拆分和用例设计； 3. 熟练使用抓包、日志分析、GM 指令等定位手段，具备复杂系统业务问题的定位与复现能力； 4. 具备至少一项系统维度的专项测试经验（包括但不限于弱网 / 压测 / 自动化测试等）； 5. 逻辑严谨、细致耐心，具备良好的跨职能沟通能力，能清晰描述问题并推动闭环，具备一定的抗压能力； 6. 熟悉 Unity / C#，具备一定的代码阅读能力或灰盒/白盒测试经验者优先。
