The posting

1、负责高品质场景的渲染技术研发，地形、植被、大气、体积云、体积雾等核心模块。 2、负责光照与全局光照系统的设计、定制和优化，探索并落地Raytracing等前沿实时 GI 技术方案。 3、深度参与现代化渲染管线建设，GPU-Driven、Nanite类技术及大规模场景渲染方案。 4、基于DirectX 12 等现代图形 API，进行渲染功能开发、底层问题定位及跨平台适配。 5、负责 CPU/GPU 性能分析与优化，解决复杂场景下的帧率、显存及渲染稳定性问题。 6、与引擎、TA、美术及玩法团队协作，建立渲染模块的技术规范、性能标准和生产流程。 7、负责游戏研发领域的新技术和趋势的研究,推动技术创新和落地应用。

1、计算机、图形学、软件工程或相关专业，具备扎实的计算机图形学基础。 2、拥有5年以上游戏引擎开发经验,对现代PC渲染管线有深入理解，熟悉 GPU-Driven、GI、Streaming等技术。 3、在以下方向中至少具备两个方向的深入开发或定制经验： a、高品质地形与大规模植被渲染 b、物理大气散射、体积云、体积雾 c、实时全局光照、阴影 d、Nanite 类渲染方案 4、熟悉 Vulkan或DirectX 12，理解现代图形 API 的资源管理、同步及 Pipeline机制。 5、熟悉 GPU 架构及常见性能瓶颈，能够使用各种性能查看工具完成性能分析和问题定位。 6、具备实际渲染性能优化经验，能够围绕 DrawCall、显存、Shader复杂度及异步计算制定优化方案。 7、具备良好的技术沟通和跨团队协作能力，能够独立推动复杂渲染模块落地。 加分项 1、具备主机或高品质动作游戏项目经验。 2、深度参与过自研引擎、Unity SRP/HDRP、Unreal渲染管线的定制。 3、有实时 GI、VSM、虚拟纹理、Ray Tracing 等前沿技术的落地经验。 4、熟悉 HLSL/GLSL、Shader 编译及性能优化。 5、有图形学论文复现、开源项目或公开技术分享。
