1、负责角色操作手感调优，持续优化移动、转向、跳跃、闪避、攻击衔接、受击反馈等核心体验。 2、开发和优化 Locomotion 系统，处理复杂地形移动、坡面适配、攀爬、跑酷、碰撞及移动物理等功能。 3、与策划、动画、美术及技术美术紧密协作，将体验目标转化为稳定、可配置、易迭代的技术方案。 4、完善 3C 相关调试、可视化和配置工具，提高角色手感调试及内容生产效率。

1、具备扎实的 C++ 或 C# 编程能力，熟悉数据结构、算法、常用设计模式及客户端开发基础。 2、熟悉 Unreal Engine、Unity 等主流游戏引擎，能够独立完成 Gameplay 模块的设计与开发。 3、熟悉角色控制、相机、动画状态机、碰撞检测、移动物理等相关技术。 4、对动作游戏的操作响应、角色运动、战斗节奏和镜头表现有较强感知，能够从技术角度分析并解决手感问题。 5、热爱动作游戏，对不同类型动作游戏的角色控制和战斗体验有深入理解。 优先条件 1、有成熟动作游戏完整研发或上线经验。 2、独立负责过角色控制、相机、Locomotion、技能或动画等大型 Gameplay 模块。 3、有主机、PC 动作游戏或高品质跨平台项目开发经验。 4、熟悉动画融合、Root Motion、IK、或网络同步等相关技术。 5、有角色手感调优案例、技术 Demo、开发工具或相关技术分享。
