1、制定和完善游戏测试策略、流程和规范，构建高效的测试体系。 2、负责项目质量建设与效率提升，能在测试统筹管理过程中，发现并识别影响上游质量与测试质量的通用问题，进行概括归因，提供解决方案并推动落地。 3、组建、管理和培训游戏测试团队，合理分配测试任务，提升团队整体专业能力。 4、参与游戏项目的需求分析，制定详细的测试计划和测试用例，确保全面覆盖游戏功能和场景。 5、组织并执行游戏的各类测试，包括但不限于功能测试、性能测试、兼容性测试、安全测试等。 6、分析测试数据，定期生成测试报告，为项目决策提供数据支持和质量评估。 7、关注行业动态和新技术，引入先进的测试工具和方法，持续优化测试效率和质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、游戏开发等相关专业优先。 2、5 年以上游戏测试经验，独立负责过单一游戏项目的全生命周期特别是上线阶段的质量管理工作者优先。 3、熟悉游戏开发流程，掌握多种游戏测试方法和工具，如 LoadRunner、JMeter、Selenium 等。 4、具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够快速定位和解决复杂的游戏问题。 5、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效与开发、产品、设计等多部门协作。 6、熟练使用 AI agent能力者优先。
