1、负责英雄角色的战斗设计，包括技能机制、攻击逻辑、职业定位与英雄间的差异化设计 2、设计英雄成长体系与阵容搭配策略，构建有深度的英雄收集与养成循环 3、维护并迭代战斗数值框架，涵盖英雄攻防属性、技能数值、成长曲线与平衡模型，持续调优战斗体验 4、优化战斗反馈标准，包括打击感、特效表现、音效节奏与UI反馈，协同美术与程序提升战斗手 5、配合关卡策划完成验证环境设计和跑测，确保英雄能力与关卡挑战的匹配度 6、撰写清晰的设计文档与配置表，跟进功能开发与测试，确保设计意图准确落地 7、通过数据分析与用户反馈持续迭代英雄与战斗体验，定位平衡问题并提出优化方案

1、5年以上游戏策划经验，其中至少3年专注战斗策划或英雄设计方向，有完整上线项目经验 2、有塔防、策略或RPG类游戏项目经验，深入理解英雄设计方法论与战斗核心循环 3、具备扎实的数值设计能力，能独立搭建英雄数值模型并进行多角色平衡调优 4、对英雄技能设计有丰富经验，能设计有辨识度、有操作空间且平衡的技能机制 5、对战斗手感与反馈有敏锐的感知，能从玩家视角拆解和优化战斗体验 6、具备良好的数值思维与数据分析意识，能通过数据定位战斗平衡问题并提出优化方向 7、优秀的逻辑思维、沟通表达与跨部门协作能力，能高效推动设计落地 8、热爱游戏，对英雄收集、策略对战类游戏有广泛涉猎和深入理解
