The posting

Bij Moore in Pelt zoeken we een jobstudent voor een periode van 4 tot 6 weken minstens 4 dagen per week. Je helpt ons team bij de opmaak en verwerking van opdrachtbrieven en zorgt mee voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging. We zoeken iemand die snel beschikbaar is om op korte termijn op te starten.

Jouw uitdaging Als jobstudent ondersteun je ons bij het opmaken en verwerken van opdrachtbrieven. Je leert stap voor stap hoe onze administratieve processen verlopen en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte opvolging van klantdossiers.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Voorbereiden van dossiers: Openen van interne tools en externe databanken (KBO, NBB) Opzoeken van klantgegevens en lopende opdrachten Controleren van relevante boekhoudinformatie (facturen, rekeningen, etc.)
  • Controleren en aanvullen van gegevens: Verifiëren van adresgegevens, boekjaar en mandaten via officiële bronnen Opzoeken van het juiste type jaarrekening
  • Opmaak van documenten: Genereren van opdrachtbrieven en volmachten via Templafy Correct invullen en aanvullen van klantgegevens
  • Finale controle en ondersteuning bij verzending

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent bachelor of master student (bij voorkeur in een economische, financiële of juridische richting)
  • Je bent 4 tot 6 weken minimum 4 dagen per week
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent leergierig, punctueel en kan vlot overweg met digitale tools
