We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Financial Consultant voor lokale besturen in de provincie Oost-Vlaanderen.

Wat doe jij concreet?

Als Financial Consultant ondersteun je lokale besturen bij uiteenlopende financiële en organisatorische uitdagingen. Je werkt daarbij op locatie in de provincieOost-Vlaanderen rechtstreeks in de omgeving van de klant, en maakt écht impact.

  • Je begeleidt lokale besturen bij boekhouding, rapportering, jaarafsluiting en budgetopmaak.
  • Je werkt zowel analytisch als operationeel, afhankelijk van de noden.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij beleidsplanning, meerjarenplannen en financiële analyses.
  • Je werkt in duo met een collegaconsultant om continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Je staat in voor kwaliteitscontrole, procesoptimalisatie en het oplossen van boekhoudkundige vraagstukken.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de klant.
  • Je werkt met publieke softwarepakketten, kennis van Excel is noodzakelijk.
  • Je bent actief binnen jouw provincie of nabije regio.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk op locatie bij klanten, met afwisselende opdrachten doorheen het jaar. Occasioneel thuis- of kantoorwerk wanneer de planning het toelaat.
  • Je bent deel van een warm team van experten dat frequent samenkomt.
  • Je wordt intensief begeleid door ervaren collega's en groeit op jouw tempo.

Goesting, leergierig en een enorme drive om helemaal te groeien in je nieuwe rol als Consultant…een must!

Word jij onze nieuwe companion?

  • Een diploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfsmanagement (accountancy-fiscaliteit) of gelijkwaardige financiële achtergrond.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de boekhoudwereld is noodzakelijk.
  • Een sterk boekhoudkundig inzicht en logisch denkvermogen.
  • Leergierigheid en zin om je te verdiepen in de publieke sector.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid.
  • Flexibiliteit om binnen je provincie verschillende klanten te bedienen.
