PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Realizar atendimento aos clientes pelos canais oficiais da empresa.
  • Registrar, acompanhar e direcionar solicitações, dúvidas e reclamações.
  • Garantir o acompanhamento das demandas e o cumprimento dos prazos de atendimento.
  • Atuar como interface entre clientes e áreas internas, assegurando uma comunicação clara e eficiente.
  • Organizar e acompanhar visitas às obras, vistorias e entregas de chaves.
  • Apoiar a realização de pesquisas de satisfação e a análise de resultados.
  • Participar da organização e suporte de eventos relacionados ao cliente, como Assembleias Gerais de Instalação (AGI) e entregas de chaves.
  • Elaborar comunicados e orientações aos clientes em diferentes etapas da jornada.
  • Contribuir para o acompanhamento de indicadores e para a melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente.
  • Apoiar campanhas, projetos e ações de relacionamento com clientes.
  • Lançamento de notas fiscais.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino médio completo (ensino superior em andamento ou completo é um diferencial).
  • Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente (SAC, recepção ou áreas correlatas).
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com atenção a clareza e cordialidade.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e empatia no atendimento.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática (pacote Office, sistemas de CRM/atendimento).

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência no setor de construção civil ou incorporação imobiliária.
  • Conhecimento prévio de sistemas de CRM, ou plataformas de atendimento via WhatsApp.
  • Experiência em atendimento com metas de tempo médio de atendimento (TMA) e SLA.
