Your Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Paid rotating on-call (you'll build the team's schedule, and you're paid for it) Schedule may flex with business needs

What You'll Do

Lead, train, and mentor a maintenance team Be the go-to expert for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior, and appliance repair Build the on-call, preventive maintenance, make-ready, and work order schedules Manage maintenance inventory and supplies Inspect buildings and vacant units to keep standards high and the community compliant Partner with the Service Manager on priorities and projects Step up when emergencies hit, like snow, ice, or urgent on-site issues

What You Bring

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle 2-4 years of related experience, or a one-year certificate plus experience HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred) A "whatever it takes" attitude and a passion for developing people
