Principais responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, organizar e executar a campanha interna de Alta Frequência.
  • Estruturar e conduzir campanhas sazonais.
  • Organizar eventos internos e externos, acompanhando sua execução de forma presencial e oferecendo suporte à equipe.
  • Divulgar eventos e ações internas, mantendo presença nas unidades para conhecer o público e potencializar a divulgação no ambiente físico.
  • Captar, organizar e realizar o contato com leads gerados de forma orgânica por meio de eventos e parcerias.
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com parcerias locais, garantindo sua continuidade, alinhamento e efetividade.
  • Responsabilizar-se pela compra, organização e exposição de materiais de divulgação nas unidades, assegurando sua manutenção.
  • Acompanhar os resultados de campanhas de tráfego pago e estratégias da agência, propondo ações locais para impulsionar a captação de leads e o fortalecimento da marca.
  • Gerenciar e direcionar parceiros de captação de mídia, organizando os conteúdos criativos conforme as necessidades do Studio e os resultados obtidos.
  • Manter comunicação constante com a gestão comercial, avaliando o impacto das estratégias nos resultados das unidades.

Para se destacar é importante:

  • Experiência em gestão de redes sociais e execução de estratégias de marketing digital;
  • Domínio técnico em ferramentas de agendamento, análise de métricas e suporte operacional a eventos e campanhas;
  • Conhecimento das funcionalidades e algoritmos das principais plataformas sociais;
  • Redação impecável e fluência na comunicação interpessoal;
  • Autonomia para gestão de demandas e cumprimento de cronogramas.
  • Diferenciais: Domínio em tráfego pago (Google Ads e Meta Ads) e experiência no monitoramento de performance de campanhas ativas.
