Estamos buscando um(a) Vendedor(a) para a rede Mormaii! Sua missão será encantar e engajar nossos clientes, proporcionando uma experiência de compra autêntica e personalizada. Se você é apaixonado(a) pelo universo lifestyle esportivo, com habilidade para atuar como consultor(a) de produto, conectando as necessidades do cliente às soluções ideais do portfólio Mormaii, este é seu lugar. Você será essencial na construção de relacionamentos duradouros, transformando cada visita em uma oportunidade de fidelização e recomendação.

Como será seu dia a dia:

  • Proporcionar um atendimento personalizado e consultivo, priorizando o bem-estar do cliente para promover vendas e fidelização.
  • Comunicar-se de forma clara e respeitosa, apresentando produtos que atendam às necessidades e superem as expectativas do cliente.
  • Detectar e aproveitar oportunidades de vendas adicionais e complementares.
  • Conduzir negociações assertivas, demonstrando com expertise as funcionalidades e benefícios dos produtos para cada perfil de cliente.
  • Construir e manter um relacionamento de pós-venda, cultivando a fidelidade do cliente à marca Mormaii.
  • Realizar o monitoramento e vendas ativas via WhatsApp e redes sociais, quando designado.
  • Focar no atingimento e acompanhamento das metas de vendas individuais e coletivas.
  • Registrar e manter o cadastro completo dos clientes no sistema, garantindo a organização das informações.
  • Apoiar na reposição de produtos nas prateleiras e expositores e auxiliar na precificação de itens.
  • Assegurar a exatidão do inventário, realizando registros precisos de entradas, saídas e movimentações para manter o sistema de estoque sempre atualizado.
  • Identificar e comunicar as necessidades de reposição de estoque.
  • Participar de treinamentos, reuniões e cursos oferecidos pela Franqueadora, buscando alinhamento constante com as diretrizes e processos da marca.
  • Manter a organização e o zelo pelo espaço de trabalho, prateleiras, expositores e produtos.
  • Executar outras tarefas compatíveis e necessárias à rotina diária da função.

Para se destacar é importante:

  • Ensino médio completo ou graduação em andamento.
  • Conhecimento no pacote office.
  • Vivência no varejo e identificação com a marca.
  • Aderência ao lifestyle da marca e familiaridade com esportes.
  • Excelente comunicação, foco em resultados, iniciativa e orientação para o cliente.
