Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro(a) comprometido(a) e com excelente visão sistêmica para integrar nosso time! Nessa posição, você será a peça-chave na operação financeira do dia a dia: encarregado(a) de garantir conciliações, estruturar os fluxos e preparar as análises que dão suporte direto à coordenação financeira.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar diariamente a projeção do fluxo de caixa (projetado vs. realizado), identificando desvios e fornecendo insumos analíticos para a coordenação da área.
  • Preparar e conferir o fluxo completo de pagamentos e liquidações, garantindo a exatidão dos documentos e dados para submissão e aprovação final.
  • Executar a conciliação bancária ponta a ponta, com foco rigoroso em adquirentes/cartões de crédito, taxas, estornos e reembolsos, garantindo consistência com o DRE gerencial.
  • Realizar o acompanhamento contínuo dos recebíveis, atuando diretamente e de forma proativa na gestão de cobranças, conciliação de recebimentos e redução do índice de inadimplência.
  • Manter contato constante e realizar negociações operacionais diretas com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços (prazos, renegociações de rotina).
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e pré-análises de orçado vs. realizado para acompanhamento periódico, propondo planos de ação corretivos e melhorias operacionais.
  • Mapear gargalos no fluxo financeiro e sugerir automações ou padronizações para otimizar a rotina da área.

Para se destacar é importante:

  • Experiência em gestão financeira e rotinas administrativas, atuando na análise de fluxo de caixa (projetado vs. realizado), projeções e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Domínio avançado de Excel e vivência no uso de sistemas ERP e plataformas financeiras.
  • Conhecimento sólido em práticas financeiras, rotinas de DRE, acompanhamento orçamentário e noções de contabilidade.
  • Forte domínio em conciliação bancária ponta a ponta, com ampla experiência na gestão de adquirentes/cartões de crédito, taxas, estornos e reembolsos.
  • Capacidade analítica apurada, com rigor técnico e atenção minuciosa aos detalhes operacionais.
  • Excelente comunicação interpessoal e facilidade para transitar entre diferentes áreas e stakeholders.
  • Perfil colaborativo, com facilidade para atuar em equipe e dar suporte direto à liderança da área.

> Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.

> Residência em Florianópolis ou região próxima.
