O Consultor(a) de Vendas representa a energia e os valores da marca, executando processos comerciais padronizados com excelência, promovendo um ambiente positivo e engajado, e inspirando cada aluno a viver o estilo de vida Mormaii — ativo, saudável e cheio de propósito, dentro e fora do Studio.

Como será seu dia a dia:

  1. Atender alunos e novos clientes no digital e no presencial, executando a metodologia Mormaii.
  2. Apresentar a metodologia exclusiva do Studio Mormaii, conduzindo a Experiência Mormaii e esclarecendo dúvidas para converter interessados em alunos.
  3. Organizar agendas de experiências, aulas e retornos, confirmando presenças, reagendando faltas e alinhando horários com professores e GT.
  4. Realizar prospecção ativa, qualificar contatos e registrar/acompanhar leads, cadastros e contratos no CRM.
  5. Garantir a formalização completa de contratos, assegurando a documentação correta e a atualização no CRM.
  6. Conduzir processos de renovação, follow-ups e ações de fidelização pós-venda, monitorando check-ins e engajamento para prevenir cancelamentos.
  7. Operar transações de venda, registrando pagamentos e recebimentos, e conferindo/sinalizando pendências financeiras.
  8. Acompanhar e gerenciar a inadimplência conforme o fluxo da unidade, negociando regularizações quando necessário.
  9. Ativar e promover campanhas, eventos e ações sazonais da franqueadora junto aos alunos do Studio.
  10. Contribuir ativamente para um clima positivo e para o engajamento da equipe e dos alunos, fortalecendo a cultura Mormaii.
  11. Participar ativamente dos treinamentos corporativos e aplicar prontamente os conhecimentos adquiridos no processo comercial.
  12. Executar demais atividades alinhadas à rotina diária e às necessidades da função.

Para se destacar é importante:

  1. Ensino Médio completo ou graduação em andamento.
  2. Experiência em vendas, preferencialmente no setor de serviços ou fitness.
  3. Conhecimento em rotinas comerciais e habilidade com tecnologias.
  4. Comunicação clara, empática, persuasiva e orientação para o cliente.
  5. Energia positiva e entusiasmo contagiante.
  6. Organização, disciplina e foco em resultados.
  7. Adaptabilidade, capacidade analítica e colaboração em equipe.
