📢 Gerente - Loja Ilhabela

Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Loja Mormaii apaixonado(a) por liderar e inspirar equipes em busca da excelência. Sua atuação será chave na gestão do ponto de venda e no atendimento, garantindo uma experiência única e autêntica ao cliente. Além disso, você será responsável por fomentar o desenvolvimento contínuo e a motivação do time, criando um ambiente inspirador que impulsione resultados e reforce a vivência completa da experiência Mormaii.

Como será seu dia a dia:

  • Liderar a equipe, acompanhando o desempenho individual e oferecendo feedbacks construtivos para guiar o desenvolvimento profissional.
  • Mapear competências e identificar a necessidade de treinamentos e capacitações.
  • Disseminar informações e alinhamentos da empresa, conduzindo reuniões matinais/vespertinas e de resultados.
  • Engajar a equipe nas formações da franqueadora, campanhas e eventos da rede, promovendo o desenvolvimento contínuo.
  • Promover um ambiente de trabalho positivo e engajador, alinhado à cultura Mormaii.
  • Dimensionar a equipe e assegurar o cumprimento do planejamento de escalas.
  • Apoiar e garantir que a equipe entregue a melhor experiência de vendas e pós-vendas, visando a satisfação do cliente e o atingimento de metas individuais e coletivas.
  • Acompanhar e colaborar para o alcance das metas de satisfação, a fim de elevar a experiência do cliente.
  • Garantir o processo adequado de abertura e fechamento da loja, além do cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da franquia e franqueadora.
  • Assegurar a correta implementação do merchandising no ponto de venda, conforme as diretrizes estabelecidas.
  • Apresentar resultados consistentes ao gestor, incluindo análises detalhadas, insights e planos de ação para aprimoramento contínuo.
  • Acompanhar transações de vendas e processos de fechamento de caixa.
  • Realizar a gestão do estoque da loja e a solicitação de pedidos de compra.
  • Executar os processos administrativos diários da loja.
  • Verificar e garantir o acesso de todos os colaboradores aos sistemas da empresa.
  • Participar de treinamentos, reuniões e cursos oferecidos pela Franqueadora, buscando alinhamento constante com as diretrizes e processos da marca.
  • Executar outras tarefas compatíveis e necessárias à rotina diária da função.

Para se destacar é importante:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento no pacote office e sistemas de gestão (ERP).
  • Desejável conhecimento em Power Bi, Sistema Millennium/linx e CRM 360.
  • Vivência comprovada em gestão de varejo.
  • Experiência em gestão de equipes.
  • Aderência ao lifestyle da marca e familiaridade com esportes.
  • Conhecimento de mercado, orientação para resultados, habilidade em negociação, visão sistêmica, raciocínio analítico e gestão de pessoas.
