Buscamos um profissional para acompanhar nossa rotina operacional, o desempenho comercial e a qualidade do atendimento. Você será o ponto focal no monitoramento do funil de vendas, ritmo de matrículas, pesquisas de NPS e estratégias de retenção. Uma oportunidade perfeita para quem tem perfil analítico, organização e experiência no acompanhamento de indicadores de equipe.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhamento do Funil: Monitorar o fluxo diário de leads, o ritmo de conversão e a taxa de fechamento de matrículas da equipe.
  • Gestão de Indicadores e NPS: Acompanhar as pesquisas de satisfação (NPS), garantindo um padrão de atendimento ágil e de qualidade.
  • Análise Operacional: Avaliar o volume de atendimentos, taxas de retenção de cancelamentos e eficiência das respostas da central.
  • Relatórios e Ações: Gerar relatórios de desempenho e sugerir ajustes operacionais para otimizar o processo de vendas e relacionamento.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia em supervisão, liderança de equipe ou monitoramento de metas e indicadores em centrais de atendimento/vendas.
  • Capacidade analítica para acompanhar métricas (conversão, tempo de resposta, retenção, NPS).
  • Organização, perfil focado em processos e facilidade para resolução de conflitos.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de CRM, planilhas e sistemas de gestão de atendimento.
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Administração ou áreas afins.
  • Residir em Florianópolis.
