Mosaic Life Care, located in St. Joseph, Missouri, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our growing Women's Health team. Candidates can expect a busy practice within a physician-led organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience.

Join an established team of nine OB/GYN physicians, one dedicated inpatient call physician, and three Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative, energetic, and patient-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Compensation Details:

  • $350k starting base salary, 2-year guarantee
  • $50k starting bonus
  • Up to $200k student loan repayment assistance

Practice Details:

  • Cooperative, energetic, flexible, focused, friendly, and organized practice environment
  • Beautiful clinic located at Mosaic Life Care Plaza 2
  • Schedule includes 3½ clinic days and ½ day of surgery per week
  • Typically 3 to 4 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month with 3 to 5 backup call days per month
  • Maternal Fetal Medicine onsite for high-risk pregnancies
  • Collaboration with Children's Mercy specialists
  • Comprehensive women's health services including infertility treatment, hormone replacement therapy, and urodynamic testing
  • Robotic surgery opportunities available
  • Diverse procedural practice including hysterectomy, hysteroscopy, cystocele and rectocele repair, D&C, cesarean sections, and vaginal deliveries
  • Balanced practice with approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient responsibilities
  • Adult and pediatric patient population
