Nosso cliente, que é uma construtora de empreendimentos residenciais verticais e comerciais, busca profissional para atuar na coordenação financeira da empresa, na busca de melhorias internas, desenvolvimento da empresa e do setor financeiro através de estruturação de processos e profissionalização. Captação de recursos, fundos e análise de afetação para ampliação dos negócios.

Atividades:

  • Elaborar e acompanhar orçamentos, analisar receitas e despesas, e projetar resultados financeiros.
  • Realizar operação financeira no seu processo de contas a pagar e receber, incluindo a aprovação de pagamentos, conciliação bancária e acompanhamento de recebíveis.
  • Gerenciar o fluxo de caixa, controlar aplicações financeiras e garantir a disponibilidade de recursos para as operações e investimentos da empresa .
  • Preparar relatórios financeiros, como balanços, demonstrações de resultados e relatórios de fluxo de caixa, para a tomada de decisões e avaliação do desempenho financeiro.
  • Monitorar o processo de liberação dos recursos, garantindo que os pagamentos sejam realizados de acordo com o cronograma estabelecido e as necessidades do projeto.
  • Garantir que a empresa esteja em dia com suas obrigações fiscais e tributárias, evitando multas e outras penalidades.
  • Controlar os processos administrativos financeiros;
  • Gerar relatórios gerenciais e acompanhar o desempenho financeiro da empresa;
  • Realizar conciliação bancária;
  • Garantir a conformidade com as normas contábeis e fiscais.

Requisitos:

  • Formação acadêmica na área de Administração, Economia ou Ciências Contábeis;
  • Pós-graduação em Finanças com foco em captação e gestão de recursos, ou Controladoria e captação de recursos, ou finanças corporativas, valuation e funding empresarial;Conhecimento e experiência em Fundos Imobiliários, SPE e Patrimônio de Afetação (RET);
  • Desejável experiência com o sistema Sienge e Power BI;
  • Conhecimento em DRE, conciliação bancária, fluxo de caixa e relatórios gerenciais;
  • Habilidade em negociação e relatórios;
  • Comunicação clara e assertiva;
  • Postura e posicionamento relacional positiva;
  • Proatividade;

  • Organização;
  • Liderança de equipes e processos.
