Nosso cliente é uma empresa em expansão, especializada em Proteção de Dados, LGPD e Compliance, com atuação nacional por meio de uma rede de franquias. Busca um(a) profissional analítico(a), organizado(a) e com perfil consultivo para apoiar o desenvolvimento das unidades, contribuindo para a melhoria dos resultados, a identificação de oportunidades e o fortalecimento da gestão dos negócios.

A posição integra a área de LGPD Operations e terá como foco o acompanhamento de indicadores, a análise de desempenho e a orientação dos franqueados na definição e execução de ações de melhoria.

Atividades:

  • Gerenciar a rotina de acompanhamento de uma carteira de unidades franqueadas, considerando o estágio de desenvolvimento e as necessidades de cada operação;
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, faturamento recorrente, rentabilidade, precificação e resultados financeiros;
  • Avaliar a evolução dos resultados das unidades, identificando tendências, inconsistências, riscos e oportunidades de crescimento;
  • Analisar o histórico dos indicadores e elaborar diagnósticos para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
  • Conduzir reuniões periódicas com franqueados para apresentação de resultados, alinhamento de prioridades e definição de melhorias;
  • Elaborar planos de ação utilizando a metodologia 5W2H, estabelecendo atividades, responsáveis, prazos e objetivos;
  • Acompanhar os compromissos assumidos pelas unidades, verificando a evolução das ações e cobrando os avanços necessários;
  • Verificar, por meio de auditorias por amostragem, a conformidade e a qualidade das entregas realizadas pelas unidades;
  • Preparar relatórios gerenciais periódicos com análises, indicadores e evolução dos resultados da carteira;
  • Identificar operações com desempenho crítico e comunicar situações relevantes à liderança de LGPD Operations;
  • Utilizar planilhas e recursos de inteligência artificial para organizar informações, aprofundar análises e apoiar a identificação de desvios;
  • Orientar os franqueados de maneira consultiva, incentivando a melhoria contínua, a retenção de clientes e a evolução da maturidade dos negócios;
  • Assegurar a atualização dos registros, o cumprimento dos prazos e a continuidade do acompanhamento das unidades.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência em consultoria de negócios, gestão de contas, acompanhamento de operações ou relacionamento corporativo;
  • Vivência com indicadores, análise de resultados e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Conhecimento de receita recorrente, margens, precificação e demonstrativos de resultados;
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados, acompanhar tendências e elaborar análises comparativas;
  • Experiência na apresentação de resultados e condução de reuniões com gestores ou clientes;
  • Habilidade para transformar diagnósticos em planos de ação objetivos e acompanhar sua execução;
  • Domínio avançado de planilhas eletrônicas;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas à análise e à gestão de negócios;
  • Comunicação clara, capacidade de argumentação e habilidade para conduzir conversas profissionais com diferentes perfis;
  • Organização, disciplina, senso de responsabilidade e atenção aos prazos;
  • Postura consultiva, pensamento analítico, iniciativa e orientação para resultados;
  • Segurança para realizar cobranças, tratar resistências e manter o alinhamento com padrões e processos estabelecidos;
  • Modelo de contratação: PJ/MEI.

  • Experiência com redes de franquias ou negócios com múltiplas unidades;
  • Atuação com clientes corporativos;
  • Conhecimento em LGPD, privacidade de dados e programas de conformidade.
