The posting

Nosso cliente trabalha com seleção de vinhos para cada momento especial e, com cardápio para acompanhamentos, e busca um profissional para trabalhar como cozinheiro (a).

Atividades:

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo aos clientes, orientando na escolha de vinhos e sugerindo harmonizações.
  • Coordenar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de garçons durante o serviço.
  • Supervisionar a organização e o funcionamento do wine bar, garantindo a qualidade da operação.
  • Acompanhar as vendas, incentivando a equipe a alcançar os resultados estabelecidos.
  • Auxiliar na organização do estoque de vinhos e demais produtos, acompanhando a reposição.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de atendimento, apresentação e experiência do cliente.
  • Solucionar demandas e eventuais problemas durante o atendimento, prezando pela satisfação dos clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente em restaurantes, bares, wine bars ou estabelecimentos gastronômicos;
  • Conhecimento em vinhos, com noções de harmonização e serviço;
  • Experiência ou habilidade para coordenar e orientar equipes;
  • Boa comunicação, cordialidade e desenvoltura no atendimento ao público;
  • Perfil de liderança, proatividade e capacidade de tomar decisões;
  • Organização, responsabilidade e atenção à qualidade do serviço;
  • Foco em vendas, resultados e excelência na experiência do cliente.

comissão:

  • 2% sobre as vendas.

Período de Trabalho:

  • Segunda-feira: das 15h às 17h e das 18h às 20h;
  • Terça-feira a sábado: das 15h às 17h e das 18h à 00h.
