Limpeza e Conservação

  • Realizar a limpeza e varrição das áreas administrativas (escritórios, corredores e salas de reunião)
  • Efetuar a limpeza e organização das salas de produção, mantendo o ambiente adequado para as atividades operacionais
  • Remover lixo e resíduos dos setores de atuação, descartando-os corretamente
  • Limpar superfícies, mesas, cadeiras, armários e equipamentos de escritório
  • Higienizar pisos, janelas e demais superfícies das áreas sob sua responsabilidade

Estações de Café

  • Manter as estações de café sempre limpas, abastecidas e organizadas
  • Verificar e repor insumos das estações (café, açúcar, adoçante, copos, guardanapos, etc.)
  • Higienizar utensílios, cafeteiras e demais equipamentos das estações de café
  • Organizar o espaço de forma funcional e visualmente agradável

Preparo de Café e Lanches (Período da Tarde)

  • Preparar café para os colaboradores no período da tarde, conforme horário estabelecido pela empresa
  • Servir bolachas e outros acompanhamentos definidos pela empresa
  • Garantir a higiene e apresentação adequada durante o preparo e oferta dos itens
  • Recolher e lavar utensílios utilizados no lanche

Apoio à Recepção

  • Manter a recepção organizada e apresentável durante o período de apoio
