SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE

Estamos buscando um Gerente Contábil/Fiscal para um de nossos clientes parceiros, uma incorporadora imobiliária de crescimento acelerado do segmento econômico, que entrega mais de 1.800 chaves, com mais de 15 projetos em carteira e forte presença no mercado nordestino. É uma empresa com solidez financeira, equipe jovem em expansão e desafios estratégicos relevantes no setor imobiliário. Este é um cargo de liderança em um momento estratégico da empresa.

SOBRE A POSIÇÃO

Você será o responsável pela gestão contábil e fiscal da empresa e suas sociedades de propósito específico, garantindo conformidade com a legislação, qualidade e tempestividade das informações contábeis, e otimização da carga tributária. A empresa está em um momento crítico de reforma tributária e precisa de um líder experiente, proativo e que antecipe problemas. Você liderará uma equipe distribuída entre São Paulo e Aracaju.

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER

• Garantir a escrituração contábil e fiscal da matriz e das sociedades de propósito específico.

• Assegurar o fechamento contábil mensal, trimestral e anual dentro de prazos com qualidade.

• Gerir a apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais (RET, Lucro Presumido/Real, PIS/COFINS).

• Coordenar as obrigações acessórias (SPED, ECF, DCTF, EFD-Reinf).

• Assegurar a correta contabilização pelo método POC (Percentual de Conclusão de Obra).

• Conduzir relacionamento com auditores independentes, órgãos reguladores e fiscalizadores.

• Avaliar impactos contábeis e fiscais de novos empreendimentos, permutas, distratos e financiamentos.

• Gerir, desenvolver e capacitar a equipe contábil e fiscal.

• Acompanhar mudanças na legislação tributária e normas contábeis, especialmente a reforma tributária em curso.

• Fornecer suporte contábil à Diretoria e área de FP&A.

• Assegurar controles internos alinhados às melhores práticas e certificações da empresa.

O QUE PROCURAMOS

• Experiência sólida em Contabilidade/Fiscal, com pelo menos 3 anos em gestão de equipes.

• Tem pós-graduação/MBA em Controladoria, Tributário ou Auditoria (obrigatório).

• Conhece profundamente o setor de incorporação imobiliária (obrigatório), especialmente legislação tributária para incorporadoras, POC e normas contábeis aplicáveis.

• É um contador com registro ativo no CRC.

• Tem rigor técnico, integridade e visão sistêmica do negócio.

• É proativo, antecipa problemas e apresenta soluções.

• Comunica-se bem com auditores, Diretoria e órgãos reguladores.

• Você age com transparência e ética, alinhado aos valores da empresa.

• Tem disponibilidade para viagens a Aracaju a cada trimestre para gerir a equipe local.

Requisitos OBRIGATÓRIOS

CRC ativo Pós Graduação em Controladoria/Tributário/Auditoria (OBRIGATÓRIO) Experiencia Sólida em contabilidade e gestão de pessoas e processos Vivência em incorporação/imobiliário/construção (OBRIGATÓRIA) Conhecimento aprofundado de legislação tributária Conhecimento em Sienge POC CPC, NBC Excel avançado, Power BI
