Die MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH baut aktuell ein eigenes Inhouse-IT-Team auf. Dabei setzen wir auf einer modernen, etablierte IT-Landschaft und kurzen Wegen auf. Die Inhouse-IT ist zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Gesellschaften der Gruppe und verantwortet Systemadministration, Anwendungsbetreuung, Cloud-Betrieb und Security. Gleichzeitig arbeitet das Team eng mit unserem eigenen KI-Hub zusammen und gestaltet damit die technologische Weiterentwicklung der Gruppe aktiv mit.

Genau für diesen Aufbau suchen wir Dich. In Deiner Rolle verantwortest Du mit Deinem Kollegen die komplette Microsoft 365 und Azure-Umgebung der Gruppe. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Microsoft 365, Identity und Security.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreibst unsere Cloud-Umgebung und entwickelst sie weiter, von Microsoft 365 über Exchange Online bis SharePoint, Teams (einschl. Telefonie).
  • Du verwaltest Identitäten und Zugriffsrechte in Entra ID und Intune und behältst die Patchstände im Blick.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um Security im Betrieb und härtest Systeme, wertest Meldungen aus der Defender-Suite aus und übernimmst Schwachstellen- und Incident-Management.
  • Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit sicher und etablierst verlässliche Abläufe für Backup, Monitoring und Wiederanlauf.
  • Du setzt, in enger Abstimmung mit unserer Regulierungsseite, die DORA-Anforderungen im Tagesgeschäft um.
  • Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben im Microsoft-Stack.
  • Du dokumentierst Prozesse und Architekturen, damit sie auch für andere nachvollziehbar bleiben.
  • Du steuerst eigenständig externe Dienstleister in deinem Bereich.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung mit der Arbeit mit Microsoft-Cloud-Technologien. Du hast Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online und Teams (einschl. Telefonie) für Unternehmen aufgesetzt und / oder betrieben.
  • Du bringst Security als fachlichen Schwerpunkt in den Betrieb ein.
  • Du kannst Microsoft PowerShell sicher einsetzen, um Microsoft Cloud Services zu administrieren.
  • Du bist interessiert und findest KI spannend.
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld mit.
