Die MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH baut aktuell ein eigenes Inhouse-IT-Team auf. Dabei setzen wir auf einer modernen, etablierten IT-Landschaft mit kurzen Wegen auf. Die Inhouse-IT ist zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Gesellschaften der Gruppe und verantwortet Systemadministration, Anwendungsbetreuung, Cloud-Betrieb und Security. Gleichzeitig arbeitet das Team eng mit unserem eigenen KI-Hub zusammen und gestaltet damit die technologische Weiterentwicklung der Gruppe aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Anwendungen aus Finance, CRM und Dokumentenmanagement – von Benutzern und Rechten über Updates bis zur Fehleranalyse.
  • Du pflegst und überwachst die Schnittstellen zwischen den Systemen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner der Fachbereiche für ihre Anwendungen.
  • Du setzt Einführungen, Migrationen und Anpassungen um.
  • Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, klärst sie mit den Anbietern und steuerst die Dienstleister.
  • Du dokumentierst Systeme und Prozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Anwendungsbetrieb mit, gern aus dem Finanz- oder Kapitalmarktumfeld.
  • Du hast technisches Verständnis für Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und Berechtigungen
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Administration von Datenbanksystemen, SQL ist ein Plus.
  • Du kannst Anforderungen strukturiert aufnehmen, hinterfragst diese kritisch und setzt diese gemeinsam mit verantwortlichen (externen) Partnern um und begleitest den Change mit den Anwendern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen und interessierst dich für ihr Geschäft, nicht nur für ihr System.
  • Du siehst KI als Chance und nutzt sie selbst in deiner Arbeit.
