The posting

We are seeking a Manager, Global Strategic Finance to drive execution of global financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that support decision-making across our organization.

This finance position will focus on the operationalization of our global planning and forecasting cycle, consolidation accuracy, internal reporting, and financial governance. You will partner with business leaders across all regions and functions to collect planning data, validate assumptions, and deliver financial visibility that supports operational and strategic decision-making. This role reports to the Director of Global Strategic Finance and works cross-functionally with Finance Operations, Accounting, and business unit leadership.

You will be the execution backbone of the global financial planning process—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across a complex, multi-region organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute global financial planning and forecasting cycle — Manage the mechanics of annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts; coordinate planning submissions across business units and geographies; validate data quality, challenge assumptions, and consolidate forecasts into a unified plan; manage planning calendar, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support global consolidation and close processes — Assist with P&L consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and month/quarter/year-end close activities; prepare consolidation workpapers and variance analysis; coordinate with regional finance teams and Accounting to ensure accuracy; support preparation of GAAP and management reporting views.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards and KPI trackers — Build and refresh internal dashboards tracking key financial KPIs, budget vs. actual, and performance trends; highlight variance drivers and business performance insights; support monthly management reporting and internal governance meetings.
  • Monitor covenant and liquidity metrics — Track debt covenants, cash position, and liquidity metrics; prepare monthly covenant tracking reports; flag potential covenant risks early; support liquidity forecasting and treasury coordination.
  • Partner with business units on planning and forecast accuracy — Work with regional finance leads and business unit managers to validate planning assumptions, educate on forecasting methodology, and improve forecast accuracy over time; resolve data discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
  • Support financial modeling and scenario analysis — Build and maintain financial models supporting budget vs. actual analysis, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning; assist in developing base case and alternative scenarios for internal governance discussions.
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements — Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes, improve data quality, and enhance forecasting systems; work with IT and Finance Operations to implement tools and automation that reduce manual work and improve accuracy; leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency.
  • Support financial controls and data governance — Ensure data integrity in planning systems; support Accounting in reconciliations and validations; document planning assumptions and methodology; partner with Finance Operations to maintain strong process controls.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of finance experience — including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
  • FP&A or corporate finance experience — In a strategic finance, financial planning, or corporate finance function.
  • Global and/or multi-entity finance experience preferred — Comfortable working across regions, entities, and consolidation scenarios.
  • EPM proficiency preferred — Experience with EPM planning tools (Adaptive Insights, Vena, Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.); willingness to learn new systems is essential.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills — Ability to build financial models, perform variance analysis, and develop scenarios; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Attention to detail and process discipline — Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple competing deadlines, and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Business partnering skills — Ability to work effectively with business leaders, finance teams across regions, and cross-functional stakeholders; comfort building relationships and managing expectations.
  • Strong communication skills — Ability to clearly explain financial data and insights to both finance and non-finance audiences; comfort presenting findings to leadership.
  • Problem-solving mindset — Ability to identify issues, dig into root causes, and recommend solutions; comfort with ambiguity and iteration.
  • AI and automation fluency — Comfort using LLM tools and AI-assisted applications to improve forecasting accuracy, automate manual processes, and enhance data quality; experience evaluating or implementing AI-driven efficiency tools is a plus.
  • ERP experience preferred — Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • MBA or CPA is a plus — Signals commitment to financial rigor and professional development.
  • PE-backed or growth-stage SaaS experience — Preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
