- Шинэ болон хуучин дэлгүүрүүдийн барилгын чиглэлээр хэрэгжүүлж буй ажлыг төлөвлөх, цаг хугацаанд нь гүйцэтгэх ажлыг удирдан зохион байгуулах

- Дэлгүүрийн дотор болон гадна дизайн, өнгө аясыг брэндийн өнгө төрхтэй нийцүүлэн хийх, өнгө төрхийг шинэчлэх, сайжруулах
