The posting

Requirement:

- Experience of at least 20 years in authoritative positions in the government, including authoritative positions in the road construction industry;

- Have a deep understanding of all the rules, laws, concepts and processes currently operating in the country's road construction industry;

- Focused on building a long-term effective partnership (10-20 years or more);

- Proficient in at least one language at a level of B2 or higher, for communication with the team: English, Ukrainian, or Russian.

Key Responsibilities The person in this position will be responsible for: 1. Establishing Strong Relationships Building effective connections with key decision-makers in the road construction industry, including government agencies that regulate the sector and private road construction companies (clients). 2. Identifying Industry Needs Detecting critical issues and opportunities and collaborating with the team to develop effective solutions for fundamentally resolving these challenges and unlocking potential opportunities. 3. Strategic Impact Planning Identifying critical leverage points in the industry (key people, processes, tasks, regions, etc.) to achieve maximum results while utilizing an optimal amount of resources (time, energy, money, etc.). 4. Leading Key Negotiations Conducting high-level negotiations, involving top executives when necessary. 5. Closing Deals Managing and securing strategic agreements. 6. Expanding Market Reach Continuously working with decision-makers to promote wider adoption of polymer-modified asphalt solutions, including the modification of all asphalt layers. 7. Team Collaboration Engaging in regular strategy meetings with the team, developing and executing action plans together.
