📝 Contract: Permanent ⌚ Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including the occasional Saturday (with a day off in lieu during the week) 💰 Salary: Starting from £25,528.04 💙 Be the person who makes someone feel welcome. When a client walks through our doors, you could be the first person they meet. That first interaction matters. As a Client Care Coordinator at MSI Reproductive Choices UK, you'll play an important role in creating a positive, supportive and respectful experience for every client who comes to us for care. 👋 This isn't a traditional receptionist role. It's a genuinely people-focused and you'll meet people from all walks of life, each with their own circumstances, experiences and reasons for being here. Sometimes, the people you meet may be going through a difficult or emotional time. You'll need to be comfortable having sensitive conversations, dealing with challenging situations and remaining calm and compassionate when things aren't straightforward. ✨ What does the role involve? Every day will be different. You'll welcome clients, help resolve queries and make sure clients know what happens next. You'll work closely with colleagues across the centre, keeping communication flowing and helping everything run smoothly. You'll need to be confident speaking to people face-to-face and able to adapt your approach depending on who you're talking to. You may have conversations that are straightforward and positive, and others that require greater patience, empathy and understanding. You'll also be part of a busy team, so supporting your colleagues and working together will be just as important as the way you support our clients. 🤝 Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing great customer service. You'll already have experience of working as part of a team and have worked in a face-to-face customer service or client-facing environment. You might come from a healthcare, hospitality, retail, travel, customer service or another people-focused background. You'll need a good work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to remain professional when faced with difficult or challenging situations. Most importantly, you'll be someone who treats everyone with kindness, dignity and respect. 🌱 No healthcare experience? That's okay. We can support you to learn the role and understand our services. What we can't teach as easily is genuine empathy, a willingness to help and the desire to make a difference to someone's experience. ❤️ Why MSI UK?
