Unsere über 90 Mitarbeitenden begleiten Familien generationsübergreifend bei der Entwicklung einer Familien- und Gesamtvermögensstrategie. Unsere Berater arbeiten dabei eng mit dem Vermögenscontrolling und unseren Spezialisten in den Assets Wertpapiere, Private Equity und Immobilien zusammen.

Als Studierender lernst du in den Praxisphasen alle Abteilungen kennen und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv in den Teams mit. Unser dualer Partner in den Theoriephasen ist die DHBW Ravensburg. Praxis- und Theoriephasen wechseln sich ab. Mit dem BWL Studium bei MSR und der Dualen Hochschule Ravensburg hast du 2 kompetente Partner, die dich bestmöglich auf deine persönliche berufliche Karriere vorbereiten. Neben den theoretischen akademischen Inputs an der Hochschule, hast du bei MSR mit Topmanagern der Branche zu tun und findest ein Aufgabenfeld, das dich in vermögens- und familienstrategische Themen blicken lässt. Mit einem hohen Praxisbezug im Studium hast du beste Zukunftsperspektiven bei uns oder anderen Unternehmen.

Was dich erwartet:

  • umfassende Einblicke in Familien- und Gesamtvermögensstrategien einzelner Mandantenfamilien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Beratung, Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Familienstrategie
  • aktive und verantwortliche Mitarbeit in den Fachteams (Vermögenscontrolling, Wertpapiere, Private Equity, Immobilien)
  • aktive und verantwortliche Mitarbeit in den Teams Operations, IT, People & Culture
  • weitere Einsatzbereiche je nach Interessensschwerpunkt auch bei externen Partnern

Was du mitbringst:

  • ein gutes Abitur oder Fachhochschulreife (+ Zulassung DHBW)
  • Freude an finanz- und wirtschaftspolitischen Themen
  • Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sozialer Kompetenz
  • Einsatzfreude, Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung, mentale Stärke und Belastbarkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office 365-Anwendungen
