Wir sind eines der führenden Multi Family Offices in Deutschland. Unsere über 80 Mitarbeitenden begleiten Familien generationsübergreifend bei der Entwicklung einer Familien- und Gesamtvermögensstrategie.

Unsere Berater und Vermögenscontroller betreuen in 7 Teams mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden etwa 50 Mandantenfamilien. Unsere insgesamt 7 Hubs bestehen aus Familyofficern, Vermögenscontrollern und Assistenzen. Diese arbeiten eng mit den Mandantenfamilien, den Fachressorts, dem beratenden Management sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen. Die Vermögenscontroller sorgen hierbei für die qualitative Aufbereitung komplexer Themen, liefern Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Impulse für die Beratung und steuern alle operativen Maßnahmen, die zur definierten strategischen Ausrichtung erforderlich sind.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Familien, unseren eigenen Beratern und den externen Dienstleistern (Banken, Immobilienverwaltungen, Anwalts- und Steuerkanzleien etc.)
  • Überwachung des gesamten Vermögensportfolios hinsichtlich Risiken, Weiterentwicklung, Fristen und Aufwendungen
  • Erstellung transparenter und strukturierter Vermögensberichte mit unserer Software QPlix
  • Abwicklung organisatorischer Aufgaben rund um das Vermögen der Familien
  • Begleitung der Mandanten bei komplexen Fragestellungen (Steuern, Gesellschaftsrecht, Erbrecht etc.)
  • Übernahme der Projektsteuerung von z. B. der Abwicklung komplexer Finanzierungen bis hin zur Koordination der Vermögensnachfolge innerhalb der Familie
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Meetings
  • diverse Sonderprojekte

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanz- und/oder Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Steuerrecht (Bachelor-, Master- oder Diplomabschluss) oder vergleichbares Studium mit Finanzdienstleistungshintergrund sowie Steuern und Treasury
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Finanzsektor sowie Erfahrung und Umsetzungskompetenz in Kapitalmarktfragen
  • Schwerpunkt im Bereich Immobilien, Finanzplanung. Estate Planning, Wertpapiere oder Kredite
  • Kenntnisse in steuerlichen oder gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie Bilanzrecht, Finanzkennzahlen oder Buchhaltung
  • überzeugende belastbare Persönlichkeit mit verbindlichem und kompetentem Auftreten
  • Projektsteurermentalität mit Projekt- und Methodenkompetenz und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365, Kenntnisse im Umgang mit QPlix erwünscht
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1+)
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
