Descrição da vaga

A MSX está em busca com Ensino superior em Administração, Economia, Direito e Marketing ou áreas correlatas. Se você deseja fazer parte de um time inovador e orientado para resultados, talvez essa seja sua oportunidade. Aqui estão algumas atividades que realizará:

  • Realizar e complementar imput das informações na proposta de financiamento dos clientes;
  • Colher assinatura de contrato de financiamento dos clientes;
  • Prestar suporte com orientações sobre dúvidas de substituição de garantia, cessão de direitos e valores de TC e tarifas bancárias;
  • Distribuir tabelas de financiamento quando solicitado;
  • Solicitar taxa coringa ao banco para combate à concorrência;
  • Manter disponível ao Supervisor, relatórios com o número de vendas, fichas aprovadas/negadas e fichas passadas para outro banco, semanalmente;
  • Conferir documentação do cliente solicitada pela mesa de crédito a ser enviado para o setor de pagamento;
  • Envelopar e etiquetar o preparo do malote para envio de documentação; ·
  • Reanalisar propostas pendentes e negadas pelo banco;
  • Regularizar problemas de fluxo e pós-venda junto ao cliente final (carnê, estorno de contratos e recebimento de contratos);
  • Monitorar e abastecer a rede de concessionaria com o kit de contrato de financiamento; ·
  • Entregar contratos registrados nas praças obrigatórias
  • Manter contato com o público-alvo da rede de concessionárias (Vendedor, Gerente, Financeiro, Diretor e Titular).

Qualificações

  • Vivência anterior com processos de financiamentos automotivos;
  • Conhecimento de taxas e cálculos bancários;
  • Noções em matemática financeira e atendimento ao cliente
  • Excel e Powerpoint: Nível Básico

Informações adicionais

  • Regime de contratação: CLT
  • Carga horária: 44 horas semanais - Segunda a sexta das 09:00 às 18:00 e Sábado das 09: às 13:00
  • Modelo de trabalho: Presencial - Candangolandia
