bist du organisiert, zuverlässig und hast ein Auge für Zahlen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Buchhalter (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass die Finanzen unserer Wirtschaftskanzlei jederzeit sauber, transparent und auf den Punkt laufen. Mit deiner präzisen Arbeitsweise hältst du unsere internen Abläufe effizient am Laufen und gestaltest sie mit. Dabei arbeitest du größtenteils digital und automatisiert über ein eigens für uns entwickeltes System: modern, papierlos und mit dem Anspruch, Prozesse nicht nur zu pflegen, sondern weiterzudenken.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Zahlungsverkehr)
  • Prüfung und Freigabe systemgenerierter Buchungs- und Rechnungsvorschläge mit dem nötigen Blick fürs Detail
  • Kontenabstimmung sowie Klärung und Pflege offener Posten
  • Vorbereitung von Monats- und Quartalsauswertungen und Zuarbeit für die Jahresabschlüsse in Abstimmung mit der Steuerberatung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse - du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt sie um
  • Proaktives Melden von Fehlern und Auffälligkeiten im System, damit Abläufe kontinuierlich besser werden

Das solltest du außerdem mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 2-3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität: Du arbeitest gern digital und papierlos, findest dich schnell in neuen Systemen zurecht und hast keine Scheu vor neuen Tools
  • Strukturierte, selbstorganisierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, Prozesse zu hinterfragen, zu verstehen und aktiv zu verbessern – und Probleme direkt anzusprechen, statt sie zu umgehen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Teamorientierung und eine eigenständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise: Du übernimmst deine Aufgaben und bringst sie zu Ende
