… hast dein 1. Staatsexamen bestanden und überbrückst die Zeit bis zum Referendariat – oder suchst gezielt den Einstieg in eine Wirtschaftskanzlei, bevor der Vorbereitungsdienst beginnt. Genau dafür ist diese Position gemacht: Du kannst bei uns in Vollzeit arbeiten, wenn du willst, und in Teilzeit, wenn dir das besser passt. Auch als Diplom-Juristin oder Diplom-Jurist bist du hier richtig.

Du verbindest examensfrisches Wissen mit echten Mandaten und lernst die Kanzlei aus einer Perspektive kennen, die dir im Referendariat und danach niemand mehr nehmen kann:

  • Recherche | Aufarbeitung aktueller Rechtsprechung für unsere Mandate
  • Vorbereitung von Vermerken, Entwürfen und Schriftsatzbausteinen
  • Eigenständige Zuarbeit in laufenden Mandaten des Wirtschaftsrechts
  • Dokumenten- und Aktenmanagement | digitale Workflows
  • Interne Projekte, Inhouse-Themen und operativer Support
  • Organisatorische Unterstützung und allgemeine Kanzleiabläufe an unserem Standort Köln

Der Titel heißt Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, die Rolle ist aber breiter. Neben der juristischen Zuarbeit gehört auch der operative Kanzleibetrieb dazu. Wer beides kennt, versteht später als Anwältin oder Anwalt, wie eine Kanzlei wirklich funktioniert.

  • Bestandenes 1. Staatsexamen
  • Interesse am Wirtschaftsrecht – Gesellschafts-, Handels-, Vertriebs-, Steuer- oder Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht
  • Idealerweise erste Kanzleierfahrung – du unterstützt vom ersten Tag an produktiv
  • Sorgfalt, Verlässlichkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office | Offenheit für Legal-Tech-Tools

Du steigst als Legal Analyst ein. Im Referendariat begleiten wir dich als Senior Legal Analyst durch Anwalts- und Wahlstation, auf Wunsch auch als Nebentätigkeit. Nach dem 2. Examen steht dir der Einstieg als Associate offen. Mit jedem Schritt wachsen Titel, Verantwortung und Vergütung und mit acht Standorten bundesweit begleiten wir dich auch dann, wenn dich das Referendariat in eine andere Stadt führt.
