übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle als Controller Allrounder und bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere internen Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und unsere Ziele zu erreichen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Unternehmensprozesse optimieren: Analyse und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Abläufe, um Effizienz und Qualität in allen Bereichen sicherzustellen.
  • Finanzen im Griff haben: Erstellung von Budget- und Liquiditätsplänen, Monitoring von Finanzkennzahlen sowie Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen und Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Marketing unterstützen: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Kontrolle von Marketingkampagnen, Analyse von KPIs und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
  • Vertriebscontrolling: Überwachung und Steuerung von Vertriebsprozessen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Qualitätsmanagement vorantreiben: Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung.

CONNECTING THE DOTS

Du bist ein analytischer Kopf mit Hands-on-Mentalität und einem Gespür für Zahlen, Prozesse und Menschen. Außerdem überzeugst du uns mit:

  • Einem abgeschlossenen Studium oder einer Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Finanzen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
  • Analytischen Fähigkeiten und einem strukturierten Arbeitsstil.
  • Verständnis für Unternehmensprozesse und deren Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Sicherem Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel); Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen oder anderen Controlling-Tools ist ein Plus.
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie einem Blick für das große Ganze.
  • Sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
