Unser Partner denkt, verhandelt und entscheidet schnell. Für ihn suchen wir eine Executive Assistant, die mitdenkt, Themen ins Ziel bringt und Organisation auf Spitzenniveau liefert.

DU

  • Hast mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Executive Assistant oder Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung, idealerweise direkt auf Partner- oder Vorstandsebene in einer Kanzlei, Beratung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Hast Projekte eigenverantwortlich gesteuert, zum Beispiel Umzüge, Umbauten oder die Einführung neuer Tools
  • Arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten den Kopf klar
  • Trittst souverän auf, setzt dich auch gegenüber Führungskräften durch und bleibst dran, bis ein Thema erledigt ist
  • Verstehst Prozesse schnell und hast praktische Erfahrung mit digitalen Tools und KI-Anwendungen im Arbeitsalltag
  • Sprichst Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau

  • Rechte Hand der Geschäftsleitung: Du bist erste Ansprechperson und Sparringspartner:in, sortierst Themen, holst Entscheidungen ein und bringst Projekte eigenständig ins Ziel
  • Workplace: Du verantwortest unsere Flächen- und Umzugsprojekte, steuerst Dienstleister und organisierst Team-Events
  • Prozesse und Digitalisierung: Du bringst neue Tools und KI-Anwendungen an den Start und machst unsere Abläufe besser
  • Schnittstelle: Du arbeitest eng mit Anwält:innen, Sekretariat, HR, Buchhaltung und Client Management zusammen
