unterstützt uns als Freelance Recruiter:in bei der Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung geeigneter Talente. Dabei arbeitest du eigenständig, professionell und eng mit unserem Recruiting- und HR-Team zusammen. Du verstehst es, Kandidat:innen zielgerichtet anzusprechen, Prozesse effizient zu steuern und passende Persönlichkeiten für MTR Legal zu gewinnen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Sourcing geeigneter Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn, Xing und weitere Plattformen • Direktansprache potenzieller Kandidat:innen und Durchführung erster Gespräche • Bewerbermanagement und Koordination des Recruiting-Prozesses • Terminierung und Abstimmung von Interviews mit Fachbereichen • Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Kandidatenpools • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung bestehender Recruiting-Prozesse • Pflege und Verwaltung von Bewerberdaten in Personio • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR und den jeweiligen Fachbereichen • Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen während des gesamten Prozesses

CONNECTING THE DOTS

Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Kommunikation mit. Außerdem überzeugst du durch:

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Personalmanagement, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. • Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Sourcing oder Talent Acquisition • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Personio oder vergleichbaren ATS-Systemen • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Kandidatenkontakt • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Hohe Verbindlichkeit und professioneller Umgang mit sensiblen Daten • Affinität für digitale Recruiting-Prozesse und moderne Tools • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
