Die Aufgaben

Als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe lernst du bei uns, wie Maschinen funktionieren, mit denen ganz unterschiedliche Produkte hergestellt werden: von kleinen Augentropfenbehältern bis hin zu 30 Liter Kanistern und Fässern. Du erfährst, wie aus kleinen Kunststoffpellets Schritt für Schritt ein fertiges Bauteil entsteht. Dabei lernst du, Maschinen einzurichten, Prozesse zu optimieren und die Feinheiten der Kunststoffverarbeitung zu verstehen.

In unserem Technikum arbeiten wir viel mit neuen Materialien, Werkzeugen und Versuchen. Dadurch lernst du viele verschiedene Anwendungen kennen und arbeitest oft an echten Entwicklungsprojekten.

Du kannst außerdem Maschinen umbauen, neue Versuchsanordnungen ausprobieren und eigene Ideen testen. Das Spannende daran: Du siehst direkt, wie sich Änderungen am Prozess auf das fertige Bauteil auswirken. So bekommst du ein echtes Gefühl dafür, wie Technik, Material und Maschine zusammenarbeiten.

  • Du arbeitest mit einer großen Bandbreite an Materialien und unterschiedlichen Werkzeugen, wodurch du ein sehr breites Wissen über Kunststoffe und ihre Verarbeitung aufbaust
  • Durchführung von Kundenabmusterungen, Versuchsreihen und Prozessoptimierungen im Technikum
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Entwicklungsprojekten und Forschungsaufgaben
  • Du erhältst einen Einblick in die Konstruktion und Fertigung unserer Extrusionsköpfe, sodass du verstehst, wie diese aufgebaut sind und funktionieren
  • Du lernst die Zusammenhänge zwischen Material, Werkzeug, Extrusionskopf und Maschine kennen und entwickelst ein tiefes Prozessverständnis

Du bist aktiv unterwegs und bei uns genau richtig, wenn Dir ein Job hinter dem Schreibtisch nicht zusagt. Du hast die Möglichkeit einen Einblick in all unsere Fertigungsprozesse und andere Abteilungen zu erlangen, da wir ein sehr offenes und logisch aufbauendes Fertigungs- und Montagenetz haben.

Deine Perspektive nach der Ausbildung Nach der Ausbildung bist Du auch maßgeblich an Montagen, Inbetriebnahmen oder verfahrenstechnischen Optimierungen bei der Kundschaft vor Ort beteiligt. Zunächst mit einem erfahrenen Kollegen oder einer erfahrenen Kollegin, später auch alleine. Unsere Kundschaft kommt aus aller Welt. Du bist also manchmal im Betrieb, oder um die Ecke bei der nähergelegeneren Kundschaft, aber auch unterwegs in Europa und aller Welt. Du kannst auch in unserem Technikum weiter arbeiten und Kundenabmusterungen, Prozessentwicklungen und interne Forschungsprojekte begleiten.
