ATCO – HUMAN RESOURCES Analyst POSITION SUMMARY ATCO Rubber Products Inc. is currently hiring for a Human Resources Analyst who will be responsible for daily functions of the Human Resources department including but not limited to Leave of Absences, Workers Compensation claims, Reporting, HRIS system updates, Payroll needs, occupational health and safety, employee record maintenance and implementing all HR and company policies and practices. This position will support company-wide projects, implementations and audits at all ATCO locations as required. Will work under general supervision with limited independent judgment related to HR matters, issues, inquiries, including policy interpretation. Essential FunctionsWorkers' Compensation And Leave Administration
Coordinates and monitors Leave of absences and workers' compensation claims from the initial report of injury through claim resolution and return to work. Reviews injury reports and ensures required documentation is completed and submitted timely. Manage individual employee leave cases from initiation through closure using designated leave-management technology, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the leave process, providing clear, timely, and compassionate communication. Maintains accurate and confidential workers' compensation records. Monitors claim status, medical treatment, work restrictions, lost time, benefits, and other claim activity. Maintain accurate timekeeping and absence records in Dayforce and timekeeping, including leave usage, coding, and pay-related information. Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding leave eligibility, pay, benefits, timekeeping, and related policies. Monitor leave-management systems for new notifications or documentation requests and take appropriate action within required timelines. Maintain complete and accurate case records to support audits, reporting, compliance, and operational tracking. Communicates with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, claims adjusters, medical providers, and other external partners to resolve claim-related issues. Applies applicable workers' compensation laws, regulations, Company policies, and procedures. Keeps current on state-specific workers' compensation requirements and changes that may impact the Company.
Employee and Leader Support
Serves as a resource for employees regarding leave of absences and workers' compensation policies, procedures, benefits, and claim status. Communicates with injured employees throughout the claims and return-to-work process. Provides leaders with information and guidance needed to manage employees with workplace injuries or work restrictions. Conducts training for managers and supervisors regarding workers' compensation reporting, policies, procedures, and return-to-work practices. Partners with Human Resources and other departments when workers' compensation claims intersect with leave, accommodations, or other employee programs.
Other HR Analyst Duties:
HR Reporting and Auditing Time keeping maintenance while assisting and supporting payroll processing Coordinate workers’ compensation reporting Complete and maintain injury reports for OSHA 300 and 300A reporting Participate as a safety administrator for corporate safety issues Benefits administration Maintenance of employee records Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills Skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of principles of human resource management and practices and state and federal laws pertaining to fair employment practices, and equal employment opportunity. Performs related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations Knowledge of Leave of Absence case administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality with diverse groups of individuals at all levels Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to prioritize competing priorities Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of Dayforce highly preferred
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities WORK ENVIRONMENT This job will be in an office environment, with periodic visits to the plants at the Fort Worth location. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM CLASSIFICATION Salary – Exempt TRAVEL No travel is expected for this position REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education and experience equivalent to a post secondary degree in Human Resources or related field Two (2) years of professional human resources experience in one or more of the following areas: recruitment , risk management, workers’ compensation, benefits administration, training and/or payroll processing
