■職種概要 電気・制御設計エンジニアは、Mujinの知能ロボットシステムを支える周辺設備の電気・制御設計を担うポジションです。 ロボット単体ではなく、ロボットハンド、周辺設備、制御盤・分電盤 、上位システムなどを含めたシステム全体を対象に、制御設計・盤設計・レイアウト設計を行います。 また、機械設計チームと密に連携しながら、顧客ごとに異なる要件に合わせたカスタマイズ設計を推進していく点も本ポジションの特徴です。 単なるPLC作業や配線設計に閉じず、システム全体を見ながら、自動化設備として成立させる役割を担っていただきます。

■部署の役割 本部署では、Mujinの知能ロボットシステムに必要な周辺設備・ロボットハンド・制御システムの設計開発を担っています。 物流・製造現場ごとに異なる課題に対し、メカ・ソフトウェア・制御を組み合わせながら最適な自動化システムを構築しています。 電気・制御設計チームは、その中でもシステム全体の安定稼働・安全性・拡張性を支える重要な役割を担っており、機械設計チームやソフトウェアチームと連携しながら、実際に現場で稼働するロボットシステムを形にしています。

■募集背景 事業急成長による増員。 顧客からの厚い信頼と強い要望をいただき、2023年7月に第1期コンサルティング事業をスタート。わずか半年間で、コンサルティング事業の好評と好調により、2024年1月にはアクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャー「Accenture Alpha Automation株式会社」を設立し、現在当社事業は第3フェーズである「トータルエンジニアリング事業」へと突入し、国内事業の拡大はかつてないスピードで成長しています。
