■職種概要 物流自動化エンジニアは、AGVを中心とした搬送自動化システムの企画・設計・導入を担い、物流・製造現場における生産性向上や省人化を推進するポジションです。 Mujinのロボティクス技術に加え、各種マテハン設備や周辺システムを組み合わせながら、顧客ごとに最適な自動化ソリューションを構築します。 単なる機器導入ではなく、現場運用まで見据えたシステム全体の最適化に携わることができ、技術選定・仕様検討・ベンダーマネジメント・導入推進まで一貫して関与いただきます。

■部署の役割 本部署では、AGVを活用した搬送工程の自動化を中心に、物流・製造現場の課題解決を推進しています。 また、技術提案や見積もり対応だけでなく、協力ベンダーの開拓・育成も重要なミッションの一つです。社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら、プロジェクト全体を推進する役割を担っています。

■募集背景 事業急成長による増員。 顧客からの厚い信頼と強い要望をいただき、2023年7月に第1期コンサルティング事業をスタート。わずか半年間で、コンサルティング事業の好評と好調により、2024年1月にはアクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャー「Accenture Alpha Automation株式会社」を設立し、現在当社事業は第3フェーズである「トータルエンジニアリング事業」へと突入し、国内事業の拡大はかつてないスピードで成長しています。
