Sommaire du poste : Relevant du superviseur de production, le (la) candidat(e) retenu(e) a comme responsabilités principales d’appuyer l'équipe des pressiers dans l’exécution de toutes les tâches mentionnées plus bas.   Tâches et responsabilités principales :

Remplir les racks de cores pour toutes les presses. Vider la waste sur toutes les presses. Laver et recycler les sérigraphies qui seraient préalablement enlevées par le pressier ou le second pressier. Recevoir les encriers et fontaines, préalablement qui sont hors de la presse, et procéder à leur nettoyage. Participer activement à garder l’environnement de travail propre. Apporter les rouleaux de rejets pharmaceutiques à l’endroit désigné. Effectuer toutes autres tâches de nature similaires.

  Tâches et responsabilités secondaires :

S’assurer de transférer les palettes avec les rouleaux finis vers le département de la finition et remplacer celle-ci par des palettes vides et en bon état. Ceci est une tâche partagée entre les pressiers, second pressier et aide-pressier. S’assurer que les bidons et les petits pots de solvants aux presses soient remplis et au besoin, procéder au remplissage. Ceci est une tâche partagée entre le second pressier et l’aide-pressier. Remplir l’inventaire aux presses (gants, guénilles, eraser, bâton pour l’encre). Valider tack roller (stichy) aux presses. Ceci est une tâche partagée entre le second pressier et l’aide-pressier.

  COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES

Secondaire 5 complété Autonome ou proactif Esprit d’équipe et capacité à interagir avec les collègues En bonne forme physique Français parlé et/ou anglais (atout) Expérience manufacturière (atout)

Exigences physiques : 

Soulever, porter, pousser et tirer des objets pesant jusqu'à 50 livres.  Tâches répétitives, dextérité manuelle et souci du détail  Se tenir debout, marcher et se pencher pendant de longues périodes, jusqu'à 8 heures ou plus par jour.  Le niveau de bruit est généralement modéré à fort. 

Horaire de travail 

Du lundi au vendredi sur une base de 40 heures par semaine.
